Toby Tiangco
Tobias Renald Marcelo Tiangco (born November 21, 1967) is a Filipino businessman and politician currently serving as congressman for Navotas' lone district since 2022, position he previously held from 2010 to 2019. He was also the Mayor of Navotas for several times.
