Tim Armstead
Timothy Paul Armstead (born February 26, 1965) is an American politician who has served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia since 2018. He is the designate to serve as chief justice in 2024. He formerly represented 40th District (Kanawha County) in the West Virginia House of Delegates. Armstead is originally from Clendenin, West Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Charleston and West Virginia University College of Law.
