Thomas C. Reed
Thomas Care Reed (born March 1, 1934) was the 11th Secretary of the Air Force from January 2, 1976 to April 6, 1977 under Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter. Previously he was a senior aide to Governor Ronald Reagan in California.
