Thessaloniki (Greek: Μητροπολιτική Περιοχή Θεσσαλονίκης Mitropolitiki Periohi Thessaloníkis, Metropolitan Area of Thessaloniki) is one of the regional units of Greece. It is part of the Region of Central Macedonia and its capital is the city of Thessaloniki.
