The Scott Tibbs Documentary
The Scott Tibbs Documentary is a 2006 American pseudo-documentary short film directed by Kelly Pancho and written by Pancho and Mark Atkinson. It is set in the Saw franchise and is the third short film in the franchise, taking place between the events of Saw II and Saw III. It stars Zach Starr as the titular character, as well as Shawnee Smith (in a cameo appearance as Amanda Young) and Don Balderamos. The pseudo-documentary focuses on Scott Tibbs, one of the Saw franchise's unseen characters, who decides to film his own documentary about The Jigsaw Killer.
