Taib Besar
Mohamed Taib bin Besar MBE was a nobleman, magistrate and politician in the Government of Brunei whole formerly took office as the State Secretary from 1967 to 1969, and Acting Land Commissioner from 1961 to 1962. Additionally, he was a member of the Council of Ministers and Legislative Council.
