Tahir Aliyev
Tahir Yunis oghlu Aliyev (Azerbaijani: Tahir Yunis oğlu Əliyev) was the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic and Chairman of State Customs Committee.
