Tagir Khaybulaev

Tagir Kamaludinovich Khaybulaev (Russian: Тагир Камалудинович Хайбуллаев, Avar: ТIагьир ХIайбулаев) (born 24 July 1984) is a Russian judoka. He currently represents Samara in international and domestic championships.
