Singham Returns
Singham Returns is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action film written-directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Reliance Entertainment and Rohit Shetty Picturez. A remake of the 1993 Malayalam film Ekalavyan, it is a sequel to the 2011 film Singham and the second installment in Cop Universe. The film stars Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

The film was released theatrically worldwide on 15 August 2014, during India's Independence Day. Upon release, it broke several opening day records. Made on a budget of ₹70 crore, the film performed commercially well at the box office with a global gross of ₹219 crore, and stood up as one of the highest-grossing Indian films of 2014.
Devgn reprised his role as a cameo for Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021), next films of Cop Universe. In December 2022, a threequel titled Singham Again began pre-production, which is set to release on 15 August 2024, exactly 10 years after the release of Singham Returns.
