Shekhar Dutt

Shekhar Dutt is a retired Indian civil servant who served as governor of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. Earlier he had served on various bureaucratic posts including, as an IAS officer, as Secretary in the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India.
