Sergey Vikulov
Sergey Vasilyevich Vikulov (Russian: Серге́й Васи́льевич Ви́кулов; September 13, 1922 — July 1, 2006) was a Soviet and Russian poet, editor, and the Union of Soviet Writers' official.
