Sefidestan

Sefidestan (Persian: سفيدستان, also Romanized as Sefīdestān) was a village in Rudbar-e Qasran Rural District of Rudbar-e Qasran District, Shemiranat County, Tehran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 139 in 40 households. The following census in 2011 counted 198 people in 66 households.

After the census, the villages of Darband Sar, Darrud, Jirud, Sefidestan, Shemshak-e Bala, and Shemshak-e Pain merged to establish the city of Shemshak.
