Savely Feinberg

Savely Moiseevich Feinberg (Russian: Саве́лий Моисе́евич Фе́йнберг; 24 December 1910 – 20 October 1973) was a Soviet nuclear physicist who contributed to the design and development of VVER nuclear reactors .
