Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Engineering and Technology (also called SDMCET) is an autonomous private engineering college located in Dharwad in the state of Karnataka, India. It was established in 1979 and under Visveswaraiah Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka. The institution is approved by All India Coucnil for Technical Education (AICTE). The college is located at Dhavalagiri in Dharwad city.

The institute contains 17 academic departments and awards undergraduate, graduate and post graduate degrees. Established in 1979, It is one of the first self-financed colleges in India.
