Ruslan Zaparanyuk
Ruslan Vasylovych Zaparanyuk (Ukrainian: Руслан Васильович Запаранюк; born in 1974), is a Ukrainian politician who is currently the governor of Chernivtsi Oblast since 11 July 2022.
