Robert Chesebrough

Robert Augustus Chesebrough (/ˈzbr/; January 9, 1837  September 8, 1933) was an American chemist who discovered petroleum jelly—which he marketed as Vaseline—and founder of the Chesebrough Manufacturing Company.
