Richard Steeves
Richard E. Steeves (born February 1, 1942) is an American serial killer who is currently serving life imprisonment for the 1985 murder of a man in Wells, Maine. Steeves also murdered at least five other men between 1965 and 1966 in three separate states, although he was acquitted for these crimes by reason of insanity.
