Ri Il-hwan
Ri Il-hwan (리일환, born 1960) is a North Korean politician, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). He is currently the director of the Propaganda and Agitation Department (PAD) of the party.
