Reinette

Reinette (French for Little Queen), often Rennet in English, and popular in Italian and Portuguese cuisines as Renetta and Reineta respectively, is the name of a number of apple cultivars.

This article is about the apple varieties. Reinette was also a nickname for the Madame de Pompadour, and the pseudonym of singer Sultana Daoud.
