Raphie Kaplinsky
Raphael Malcolm Kaplinsky (born 31 December 1946) is a professorial fellow, Science Policy Research Unit, and emeritus professorial fellow, Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex. He was one of the leaders of 1968 Mafeje affair protest.
