Rajesh Khullar
Rajesh Khullar (born 31 August 1963) is an Indian bureaucrat and Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana. Previously, he was Executive Director at the World Bank Group representing India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. Khullar is a retired 1988 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.
