Rafail Farbman
Rafail Borisovich Farbman (Russian: Рафаи́л Бори́сович Фа́рбман, Ukrainian: Рафаіл Борисович Фарбман; 1893–1966) was a revolutionary Bolshevik and Soviet politician.
