Qutlugh bin Tur Ali

Fakhr al-Din Qutlugh-bey (died 1389) was the second Aq Qoyunlu bey, ruling from 1362-1389. His full name was Haji Fakhr al-Din Kutlug ibn Tur Ali-bey.
