Phosphinoimidate

Phosphinoimidates, also known as phophinimides, are the anions derived from phosphine imides with the structure [R₃P=N]⁻ (R = alkyl or aryl). Phosphinimide ligands are used to for transition metal complexes that are highly active catalysts in some olefin polymerization reactions.
