Phan Thanh Bình
Phan Thanh Bình (born November 1, 1986) is a retired Vietnamese footballer who played as a striker. He was a member of the Vietnam national football team. He is the youngest ever goal scorer for Vietnam, scoring against Nepal aged 16 years and 330 days. He is also the youngest player to represent Vietnam, making his debut in the same game.
