Phan Thị Thanh Tâm is the current Spouse of the President of Vietnam (de facto First Lady) since the inauguration of Võ Văn Thưởng on 2 March 2023. Her first appearance in state media was on 4 April 2023 during the state visit of Australian Governor-General David Hurley to Vietnam.
