Penza Oblast
Penza Oblast (Russian: Пе́нзенская о́бласть, romanized: Penzenskaya oblastʹ) is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast). Its administrative center is the city of Penza. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 1,266,348.
