Pavel Necheporenko

Pavel Ivanovich Necheporenko (Russian: Па́вел Ива́нович Нечепоре́нко; 31 August [O.S. 18 August] 1916 – 27 March 2009) was a Soviet musician, highly recognized as a virtuoso performer of the balalaika.
