Paul Kennedy (English judge)
Sir Paul Joseph Morrow Kennedy, PC (born 1935) is an English jurist. He is a former vice-president of the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and former Interception of Communications Commissioner.
