Patrick Nip

Patrick Nip Tak-kuen GBS JP (Chinese: 聶德權; born 1964) is a Hong Kong former government official. He served as Secretary for the Civil Service from 2020 to 2022.

In this Hong Kong name, the surname is Nip. In accordance with Hong Kong custom, the Western-style name is Patrick Nip and the Chinese-style name is Nip Tak-kuen.
