Pascal Barbot
Pascal Barbot (born 7 June 1972) is a French chef. His restaurant L'Astrance in Paris earned one Michelin star 2023, a year after the reopening of the restaurant at a new location, and has kept the star ever since. L'Astrance had three stars from 2007 to 2019 before being demoted to two stars. The restaurant was also listed for several years among The World's 50 Best Restaurants where it was ranked 13th in 2011.
