Pachadi

Pachadi (Telugu: పచ్చడి, Kannada: ಪಚಡಿ, Tamil: பச்சடி, Malayalam: പച്ചടി) refers to a traditional South Indian fresh pickle served as a side dish. Roughly translated, it refers to a plant which has been pounded or crushed.
