Orkhan Sultanov
Orkhan Sadyar oghlu Sultanov (Azerbaijani: Orxan Sedyar oğlu Sultanov, 1977) is the Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, colonel general.
