Nikolay Tolmachyov
Nikolai Gurevich Tolmachyov (Russian: Никола́й Гу́рьевич Толмачёв; November 12 [O.S. October 31], 1895 – May 26, 1919) was a Russian Bolshevik revolutionary and participant of the February and October Revolutions, the Civil War. He was a political worker of the Red Army and one of the first military commissars.
