It was founded by Azerbaijani Nasib Hasanov. The holding first started in the oil and gas sector, and then expanded to additional fields of activity. The holding now includes Vodafone Ukraine, Bakcell, Caucasus Online, Nobel Oil Group, Nobel Upstream, Norm Cement.
