Muuga Bay (Estonian: Muuga laht, or Estonian: Randvere laht) is bay in Harju County, Estonia. Muuga Bay is part of Ihasalu Bay. Area of Muuga Bay is 3366 ha.

Several islets are located on the bay, e.g. Lahesaar.
