Mikhail Nikolayev
Mikhail Yefimovich Nikolayev (Russian: Михаил Ефимович Николаев; 13 November 1937 – 4 August 2023) was the first President of the Sakha Republic, serving from 1991 to January 2002. He was succeeded by Vyacheslav Shtyrov
