Michael von Reutern
Michael Graf von Reutern (Russian: Михаи́л Христофо́рович Ре́йтерн, tr. Mikhaíl Khristofórovich Réytern) (September 24, 1820 - August 23, 1890) was a Baltic German statesman and the Finance Minister of the Russian Empire from 1862 to 1878.
