Mian Mahalleh-ye Pap Kiadeh (Persian: ميان محله پاپكياده, also Romanized as Mīān Maḩalleh-ye Pāp Kīādeh; also known as Mīyānmaḩalleh-ye Pāpīyādeh) was a village in Chaf Rural District of the Central District of Langarud County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 561 in 163 households.
After the census, the villages of Chaf-e Bala, Chaf-e Pain, Chamkhaleh, Galesh Kolam, Hoseynabad-e Chaf, Kamal ol Din Poshteh, Mian Mahalleh-ye Pap Kiadeh, Pain Pap Kiadeh, Palat Kaleh, Pir Poshteh, Radar Kumeh, Soltan Moradi, Tappeh, and Tazehabad-e Chaf merged to form the new city of Chaf and Chamkhaleh.
