Mascarpone

Mascarpone (/ˌmæskɑːrˈpn(), -ni/, US also /ˌmɑːsk-/, Italian: [maskarˈpoːne]) is a soft Italian acid-set cream cheese. It is recognized in Italy as a prodotto agroalimentare tradizionale ("traditional agri-food product"; PAT).
