Malgobeksky District

Malgobeksky District (Russian: Малгобе́кский райо́н; Ingush: Магӏалбика шахьар, Maghalbika šaꜧar) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the four in the Republic of Ingushetia, Russia. It is located in the north of the republic. The area of the district is 670 square kilometers (260 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Malgobek (which is not administratively a part of the district). As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 47,754.
