Mahmud al-Muntasir
Mahmud al-Muntasir (Italian pronunciation: [maˈmud]) (8 August 1903 – 28 September 1970) was the first Prime minister of Libya from March 29, 1951 to February 19, 1954, and again from January 20, 1964 to March 20, 1965. He was also the Minister of Foreign Affairs during his first term.
