Macrina the Elder
Macrina the Elder (Greek: Μακρίνα; before AD 270 – c. 340) was the mother of Basil the Elder, and the grandmother of Basil the Great, Gregory of Nyssa, Peter of Sebaste, and Macrina the Younger.
