Liubar or Lyubar (Ukrainian: Любар, Russian: Лю́бар, Polish: Lubar) is an urban-type settlement in Zhytomyr Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. Population: 1,990 (2022 estimate) It is situated in the historic region of Volhynia.
