Ludwig Ruetimeyer

(Karl) Ludwig Rütimeyer (February 26, 1825, in Biglen, Canton of Bern – November 25, 1895, in Basel) was a Swiss zoologist, anatomist and paleontologist, who is considered one of the fathers of zooarchaeology.
