Liberal, Kansas

Liberal is the county seat of Seward County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 19,825. It is located in southwest Kansas, along U.S. Route 54 highway, near the Kansas-Oklahoma state line. Liberal is home of Seward County Community College.
