Liang Huiling
Liang Huiling (Chinese: 梁惠玲; pinyin: Liáng Huìlíng; born August 1962) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as governor of Heilongjiang. She was chairwoman of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives from 2021 to 2022.

She is a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
