Lekh Raj Bhatta
Lekh Raj Bhatta (Nepali: लेखराज भट्ट) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the CPN (UML). Bhatta is the former member of Constituent Assembly. Bhatta is the secretary of CPN (UML).
