Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. was an American-Canadian company that provided interactive entertainment products marketed under the Mad Catz, GameShark (gaming products) and TRITTON (audio products) brands. Mad Catz also distributed video game products for third-party partners. Following a 2017 bankruptcy, Mad Catz Global Limited (a Hong Kong-based company) acquired the trademarks.
