Kiyoshi Mutō

Kiyoshi Mutō (武藤 清, Mutō Kiyoshi, 29 January 1903 12 March 1989) was a Japanese architect and structural engineer. He is considered the "father of the Japanese skyscraper" for his contributions to earthquake engineering.
